What we collect, and what we do with it.
This page covers this website and the enquiries sent through it. The work we do for clients is covered by the engagement agreement, and by our Security & ownership page.

Who is responsible for your information?
- This website is run by iAlpha LLC, a Delaware company, together with iAlpha Pvt Ltd in Karachi, Pakistan. This notice covers both.
- iAlpha LLC's registered agent is at 611 South DuPont Highway, Suite 102, Dover, Delaware 19901.
- For any privacy question, write to info@ialpha.io. One of the founders reads it.
What do we collect?
- Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, company, role, work email, a phone number if you give one, and your answer to the form's question.
- How the site is used. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We never sell your information.
- If you message us on WhatsApp or email us directly, we receive whatever you send that way.
What do we use it for?
- To reply to you, and if the conversation goes further, to discuss and prepare an engagement with you.
- We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it?
- Web3Forms, the form service that delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
- Microsoft 365, where our email, and so your enquiry, is kept.
- Ahrefs, which counts visits so we can see how the site is used.
- Netlify, which hosts this site and, like any web host, records technical details such as IP addresses when a page is requested.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us there.
- Each handles information under its own privacy policy, and some store it outside your country, including in the United States. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long do we keep it?
- If your enquiry leads to work, for as long as the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations require.
- If it does not, we delete it within 6 months.
What can you ask us to do?
- Show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@ialpha.io and we will reply within 14 days.
What if this page changes?
- We will update it here and change the date at the top.
