We were an analytics firm. Then AI arrived.

Two founders, one firm, and the reason it changed.

Our story

iAlpha began as an analytics firm. From 2022, we did data work for companies: gathering it, cleaning it, and turning it into numbers they could make decisions on.

Then AI changed what data work could be. The questions our clients used to ask of their spreadsheets could be put to an agent that had read every record. We spent the next stretch reading, building and testing, and in 2025 re-founded iAlpha as an AI practice. We kept one rule from the analytics years: nothing gets built until the data says it can carry it.

Why we exist

We exist to make companies AI-powered, measured in revenue earned, cost removed, risk reduced and returns improved.

Most companies already know AI matters. What they lack is a way in: people who know how to work with it, a clear view of where it fits, and proof that their data can carry it before they pay to build anything.

So we do both halves of the work. Our workshops teach teams, leaders and executives to work with AI and to find the agents worth building. Then we build those agents, prove them on the company’s own data, and hand them over running, owned by the business. We call it embed, build, transfer.

I have spent twenty-five years watching business move from one era to the next, and the work I have enjoyed most is building through each change rather than waiting it out. In 2022 I began doing that for other companies through iAlpha, starting with their data, alongside my other roles. When AI arrived, I could see it was the biggest shift of my career, so we rebuilt iAlpha around it.

Finance was always the plan. I did my BBA at IBA, specialising in finance, and planned to go straight into it once I graduated. My use of AI started as a way to automate my own finance work. Before long I was obsessed, applying it to every problem I could find, in every function. Eventually I realised I could have far more impact on real business problems by going all in on AI. So I did.

Our engineering partner

Delivery Devs is a software engineering firm that builds and secures software and infrastructure, from web and mobile to DevOps, ERP and AI. It serves clients globally, including in Pakistan, the Gulf, the UK, Canada and Africa.

We build the pilot. When you sign it off, Delivery Devs takes it into your systems and engineers it to run in production, to a specification we write and sign off.
