A development firm builds what you specify. The people who run your processes have never been shown what AI can do; the people who know what AI can do have never run your processes. Neither can write the specification alone.
The iAlpha protocol is different. Your executives write the ideas, we test them against your data, and you find out which ones are real before anyone quotes you for a build.

Saud trained in econometrics at Princeton, did his MBA at Harvard Business School, and has spent his career, from Citigroup and PwC to FIFA, using analytics and technology to build things with real business impact. Zayed is an IBA medalist and fully AI native, working at the intersection of business and AI, and holds certifications from Anthropic's Claude Academy and from Google.
Between us, we bring 25+ years of leadership across global enterprises in the US, the Middle East and Asia. iAlpha is an AI-native practice: strategy at one end of an engagement, deployed AI agents at the other.

One stage at a time. You never have more than one stage of money exposed. If Triage says your data will not carry it, that is where it stops.

You own what we build
Your data is yours throughout. At handover, the code, prompts, configurations and documentation are assigned to you, and your team is trained to run it. A pilot may run on ours, under a boundary you approve; at Production it moves to yours and our copies are deleted within 30 days.

Run by founders, built for impact
The people on your first call are the people in your workshops and in your data. We build the pilot, specify production and sign it off; our engineering partner Delivery Devs engineers it to run. That phase is where agents fail, and it deserves engineers who do nothing else.

Checked by us, every time
Every figure is produced by code running against your own data, so it traces back to a row you can find. Nothing that recommends an action reaches you until one of us has read it.
